Join us for a warm and festive St. Patrick’s Day celebration filled with great flavors, lively music, and community spirit. For $50, guests will enjoy an Irish whiskey tasting paired with delicious small plates of Irish-inspired tapas. Proceeds beyond event costs will support line cook Ean Dalton’s travel to regionals in the Chaine des Rôtisseurs competition in Indianapolis, and we are proud to rally behind him.

Originally from Janesville and a graduate of the CIA Napa Valley, Ean has been part of our kitchen team for the past year and a half as a Clementine line cook. You may already know him from the wonderful evening soups you have enjoyed, thoughtful and comforting creations that showcase his talent and care. Outside the kitchen, Ean competes in 24-hour bike races and brings that same dedication and drive to his craft.

The evening will also feature live music from fiddler Ruthie McQuinn of the Celtic band SlipJig, bringing vibrant Irish spirit to 5 East.
