  1. Where is the Madison Club located?
    The Madison Club is located at 5 East Wilson Street, just two blocks from Madison’s Capitol.

  2. What are the Club's hours?

    SUNDAY - MONDAY: CLOSED

    LUNCH & MEETINGS:
    Tuesday - Friday

    • Lunch: 11:30 AM - 2:00 PM. Walk-ins are accepted, however, reservations are encouraged to ensure we have availability.

    • Meetings: Beginning at 8:00 AM (breakfast, lunch and dinner options available).

    DINNER & COCKTAIL SERVICE:

    • Dining Service: Tuesday - Saturday beginning at 5:00 PM in Clementine and Churchill’s Lounge. Walk-ins are accepted, however, reservations are encouraged to ensure we have availability.

    • Cocktail Service: Begins at 4:00 PM in Churchill's Lounge Tuesday - Saturday.

    • Five East Lounge: Currently Five East is acting as a remote workspace Tuesday - Friday from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Please note, there will be no staff or services available, however, you can order lunch from Clementine.

      • Watch for pop-up dinners and trivia nights in the lounge.

      • You can also rent out Five East for birthday parties, anniversary celebrations, rehearsal dinners, poker nights, baby showers, retirement parties... really anything you desire!

    • For those who would like to dine in larger groups, the third-floor meeting rooms are an option.

  3. FRIDAY & SATURDAY NIGHT KIDS CLUB: 

    All children ages three to twelve are invited to the Club for an evening of activities, food and fun while parents enjoy dinner in Clementine or attend Club events. This service is available to all members and their guests on select Fridays and Saturdays (see events page for Kids Club Dates).

    Our sitters will provide boxes of activities and theme nights for the kids. Kids can build Legos, make jewelry, play with magnetic tiles, or even choose to dress up as their favorite characters! The price is $14.95 per child, to cover activities and the kids meal. Feel free to show extra appreciation for the sitter by offering gratuity. To reserve your spot, please call the front desk at 608-255-4861 by 5:00 PM on Thursday night.

  4. How do I make a reservation?

    Walk-ins are accepted, however, reservations are encouraged to ensure we have availability. For reservations, call the front desk at 608-255-4861. Front desk hours:

    Tuesday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM

    Saturday: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM

    *We do check our messages when we are closed, however, please allow 24-hours for a response.

    If you prefer, you can also make a reservation through our mobile Madison Club app. We will send you a confirmation email within 24 hours. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please call the front desk.

  5. How do I use the Madison Club mobile app?

    With the Madison Club’s mobile app you are able to stay connected with everything happening at the Club. Some of the app features include customizing your club experience, easy to-go ordering, requesting your golf tee time, requesting dining reservations, and learning about club discounts and specials.

    Our custom app is available for iPhone and Android. To find the app, simply open up the App Store or Google Play Store, and search “The Madison Club Wisconsin”. If you already have the app downloaded on your phone, ensure you have the latest version by checking the Apple or Google Play Store for the latest updates.   6. Is there parking?

    The Hilton Parking Ramp is located next door to the Madison Club and has reserved parking spots on the first two levels of the ramp. There are also parking ramps nearby and street parking. To find more information on parking, please visit our Policies & Parking page.

  7. What if I forget my parking pass?

    If you forget your parking pass, please stop at the front desk for assistance.

  8. Does the Club validate tickets for guests?

    We would be happy to validate parking passes for members’ guests and charge the member’s account.

  9. Where do I go when I come in?

    No matter what door you enter, you can head straight to the restaurant or your event room, however, there is always someone at the front desk if you need assistance.

  10. Is there a dress code in the Club?

  13. Do I have to be a member to dine at the Club?

    The Madison Club is a private club so you must be a member or accompanied by a member to enjoy our member services including dining.

  14. Do you offer to-go food?

    From lunch and dinner to-go to treating the office, we have options for you.

    As a member, you can always order lunch and dinner to-go. Tuesday through Friday members can order lunch to-go between 11:30 AM and 2:00 PM off of our lunch menu. Tuesday through Saturday members can order food to-go from our dining menus.

  15. Do you offer catering services?

    For events in the home or the office, we offer an exquisite assortment of hors d’oeuvres, luncheon and dinner options, desserts and even breakfast choices. Please contact our Director of Sales, Leanne Liautaud, at sales@madisonclub.org or call 608-255-4861 for more information.

  16. Do I have to be a member to have my wedding at the Club?

    Yes, but we make it easy. We offer inclusive packages that provide everything you need with no hidden costs. Our packages include a no cost membership option, an on-site professional event planner, an event team to handle your set-up and breakdown, multiple event spaces to choose from, tables, chairs, and linens, as well as a hotel and parking ramp connected right to the Club.   17. How do I book a private meeting room?

    Meeting reservations are required. We request all members make reservations for meetings at least 24 hours in advance.

  18. Are you able to accommodate menu & dietary restrictions?

    Our chefs are always happy to cater to your personal tastes and preferences, and provide delicious options for those with special dietary concerns or restrictions. Please ask your server if you would like a customized menu option, or desire something that is not listed on the menu. We will always do our very best to accommodate your request. For private events, we do request you discuss dietary restrictions and allergies in advance in order to properly plan.

  19. What is the policy for inviting guests?
    Members are welcome to bring as many non-member guests to the Club for dining, cocktails or special events, as long as you are present to host the group. When entertaining larger groups, we ask that members make a reservation so we can accommodate our members and their guests.
