Miller was appointed by Gov. Tony Evers in December to be the CEO and secretary of the Wisconsin Economic Development Corp.

The luncheon is co-organized by the Wisconsin Technology Council as part of Madison's annual Forward Festival: forwardfest.org

The buffet luncheon begins at 11:30 a.m., with the moderated program going from 12 to 1 p.m.
