Wild Bill's Sea-Flame-Field Dinner

Join us for Wild Bill’s Sea–Flame–Field Dinner, a one-night pop-up dining experience created by Banquet Sous Chef William Tracy, an integral part of the Club’s culinary team who helps bring our banquet events to life. He has led the banquet kitchen since 2025 and draws inspiration from the outdoors and his experience working with local farms throughout his culinary career. The menu reflects the kind of food he enjoys cooking for himself — simple, seasonal, and rooted in bold, honest flavors.

The dinner will feature a seasonal menu centered around three inspirations: seafood from the sea, grilled dishes, and fresh farm-grown ingredients from the field. Guests will enjoy a variety of seafood, grilled meats and vegetables, and locally inspired seasonal flavors served through a mix of small plates and family-style courses.

Cocktails will begin on the front patio at 6 PM, followed by dinner in 5 East at 7 PM, with beverage pairings throughout the evening. Please make reservations for this fun event through the front desk.
