Morel Mushroom Hunt

For the past four years, Chef Adam has led members on a thrilling adventure to forage for one of his favorite culinary treasures—morel mushrooms! This fun excursion is back, offering members the chance to join Chef Adam in Highland, Wisconsin, for another exciting hunt for these prized fungi.

After a morning exploring the woods in search of the ever-elusive mushrooms, Chef Adam will craft a delicious dish featuring the freshly foraged fungi, perfectly paired with hand-selected wines.

Because morel season depends on nature’s timing, we’re planning to hold the event on May 2nd. If conditions aren’t quite right, we intend to shift to May 9th instead, beginning at 9 AM. Watch your email for updates, including confirmation of the final date and where to meet the group, which will be shared prior to the event.

Whether you’re an experienced forager or just looking for a unique outdoor experience, this adventure offers a wonderful mix of nature, camaraderie, and fun. Space is limited to 16, so reserve your spot with the front desk and get ready for a memorable morning in the woods!
