Savor the Flavors at the Hi-Lo Gala. We are excited to host a vibrant evening in the Atrium at The Madison Club, celebrating Madison’s culinary talent and local food culture. Executive Chef Adam Struebing will be joined by six other standout chefs—Patrick Depula (Salvatore’s Tomato Pies), Evan Dannells (Cadre Restaurant), Dan Renderos (El Centro), Lauren Montelbano (The Vibrant Veg), Andrew Wilson (Brandywine), and Gil Altschul (Bandit Tacos and Grampa’s Pizzeria)—each preparing their own signature small plate for guests to enjoy.
This casual, walk-around tasting experience, held in the Atrium, is paired with samples from local beverage artisans featuring wine, beer, and spirits, creating perfect flavor pairings throughout the evening. The lively atmosphere will be enhanced by music from DJs of Lola’s Hi-Lo Lounge.
