Farmer's Market Cooking Class with Chef Adam

It’s going to be a culinary adventure led by our very own Chef Adam, as we dive into the heart of Madison’s food scene! We’ll begin our day at the Club before heading to the Dane County Farmers’ Market, where Chef Adam will guide us through the vibrant stalls to source the freshest seasonal ingredients.

As a regular at the market, Chef Adam finds inspiration in the soil, in the stories of local farmers, and in the ever-changing variety of produce available. “Being part of this community means everything,” he shares. “Buying local, cooking local, and understanding seasonal produce is key to supporting our farms and businesses.”

After our market stroll, we’ll return to the Club to prepare a delicious, locally inspired meal... together. Chef Adam’s passion for blending community connections with fresh, flavorful ingredients shines through in every dish—and this hands-on class is your chance to experience it firsthand. Then, as we come together on an upstairs patio table, we will feast together!
