Chef's Table Experience: Morel Mushroom Dinner

Morel Mushrooms are a bit of a rock star in the food world, and Chef Adam is a rock star when it comes to cooking so we’re thrilled to announce his five-course Morel Mushroom Dinner next Wednesday at 6:30 PM in Clementine’s.

The price for this event is $125 per person or $165 if you’re looking to elevate your experience and add on the perfect wine pairings.

Dark Chocolate Rabbit Raviolo
Sauteed morel, Black Goat Truffle Cheese, charred spring onion broth, chive

3RD COURSE

Fennel dusted asparagus, snow crab stuffed morel, ramp hollandaise

Espresso, mushroom mascarpone, Frangelico cream
