Chef Adam has decided to switch up our Candlelight Dinners to allow for members to also take his delicious creations to-go.

Our Candlelight Dinner will now be offered the first three weekends in December and will feature a Holiday Tasting Menu in addition to our full Churchill’s dining menu.

With the room aglow with twinkling lights and candles, the Candlelight Dinners are a perfect way to have a restorative night out or a romantic night in before the hustle and bustle of the holidays. If you would like to join us in the Club, you can also take advantage of our Candlelight Dinners in our private meetings rooms at no extra charge.

Chef Adam has created the following Holiday Tasting Menu and Beverage Master David will offer a delectable wine list allowing members to add on the perfect pairing with each course throughout the evening.

1st Course
Endive & Tuscan Kale Salad
Champagne-pomegranate vinaigrette, feta cheese, parsley, pepitas, kumquats, pickled onion

2nd Course
Celeriac Seafood Soup
Lobster, lemon, snow crab, herbs, apple brown butter

3rd Course
Rosemary-Juniper Roast Venison Or Beef Filet
Concolor fir-burgundy jus, Aronia, caramelized shallots, parsnips, sunchoke chips

4th Course
Cranberry Cream Cheese Tart
