One of the things we are most proud of here at the Madison Club is our talented staff. In September, we will be highlighting Kristin Williams, the Madison Club Banquet Chef, as she prepares a three-course meal for members to enjoy in our Five East Lounge & Tap Room! Kristin is originally from New Jersey, and has worked and gained experience all over the country - from down South to New York City. She has been a wonderful addition to the Madison Club culinary team, and is looking forward to showcasing her skills.

The dinner will also feature paired cocktails created by Madison Club Mixologist, Brett Schuppener. Brett has been bartending for over 20 years, and offers new takes on old classics. He's also known for mixing up something new for you right on the spot!

Kristin will introduce each of her courses and wow you with her creations, and Brett's perfect pairings will compliment each dish! The menu will be seasonal, and each course will feature local, current fall produce - think apples, squash, and pumpkins! This event will has limited seating, so book now to ensure your spot for this one-of-a-kind dinner!

During this Taproom Takeover, only the three-course menu and paired beverages will be available for purchase. For anyone not interested in the event, the full lounge menu, cocktail menu, and Churchill's menu will be available on the third floor, as usual.
