Join us on Saturday, May 15th, for our first Farmers’ Market Brunch of the season! Chef Adam and Beverage Manager David have brought back a few favorites as well as a few new options to curb any craving!
When looking at our brunch menu, the “Morel Mushroom Waffles” are not only one of Chef Adam’s favorites but also one of our members. With the foraged mushroom lending its earthy and nutty flavor to elevate this classic brunch staple and Adam’s signature morel mushroom-infused maple syrup, this is a dish you don’t want to miss!
When looking at our beverage menu, David recommends the “Bloody Bullfighter” which is his very own recipe for the Classic “Bloody Bull” featuring tequila and beef boullion. David makes a limited amount of mix for these each Saturday morning from scratch so if Bloody’s are your go-to brunch drink, we suggest coming in early! If you enjoy a lighter brunch drink, David suggests the “Tuscan Sunrise” which is a twist on your classic mimosa featuring Prosecco, orange juice, and a touch of sweetness with the addition of Amaretto DiSaronno.
If you need more “convincing” to join us for our beloved brunch, picture yourself sitting on the patio, enjoying the peaceful lake views and dunking your scone in your bottomless cups of coffee while you wait for your classic eggs benedict... Can you think of any better way to start your morning? Join us every Saturday from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM on the patio, in our dining room, or in one of our private meeting rooms at no extra charge.
