Executive Chef Adam Struebing's famous baby back ribs are back Friday and Saturday nights in January in Churchill’s or to-go! 

For those of you who haven’t tried Chef Adam’s ribs, you do not want to miss this! His ribs are roasted to perfection and served with all the sides you crave when enjoying a BBQ meal. All of our members who have tried Chef Adam’s ribs in the past continuously ask us when we’ll be serving them again as they are a true treat!

In January, every weekend Chef Adam and his team will highlight a different inspired style of BBQ from around the world. Ribs will be available in a half rack for $22.00 or a full rack for $35.00 All ribs will be served with cornbread and honey butter, a side garden salad with creamy parmesan peppercorn dressing, cole slaw, and sweet potato fries.

Ribs will be available both in Churchill’s and to-go. In order to plan accordingly, orders both in the Club and to-go are required 48-hours in advance of your reservation. To place your reservations, please call the front desk at 608-255-4861 or look for our ribs on our to-go menu.
