We will offer the below special Chef's Tasting menu, and will shuttle you and your guests to the Overture Center for the event after your meal. First Course (choice of):

Sunchoke Soup
Tandoori crema, almond, blood orange oil

Baby Kale Salad
Spiced walnut, honey-blood orange vinaigrette, shaved radish, citrus roasted beets, feta cheese

Porter Braised Beef Short Rib
