In this fun, demo-style class, you get to enjoy appetizers and drinks in the Atrium while Executive Chef Adam Struebing shows you how to take an ordinary whole chicken and transform it into three delicious and unique meals. Gain advice on butchery, preparing flavorful stock, and using simple ingredients and techniques for maximum flavor and moisture in a minimal amount of time.
