Board of Director Vote & Annual Meeting Tue, Sep 24, 2019 — 11:45AM

All members are encouraged to vote for the upcoming year's Board of Directors. Ballots will be sent via email in early August. Please return all ballots to the Club by Friday, September 13. Election results will be announced at the Club's Annual Meeting on September 24 at 11:45 AM. President Mike Wittenwyler will be delivering the Club's status report at the meeting, and all members are welcome to attend. This year's board nominees are:

Teresa R. Brooks, Senior Portfolio Manager - Vice President, U.S. Bank
As a Portfolio Manager, Tess delivers investment services to help clients work toward their goals. Tess uses her experience to establish an
integrated investment approach, offering asset allocation strategies and recommendations based on short-and long-term financial objectives, financial status and risk profiles.

Tess serves as President of the Board of Directors for 100+ Women Who Care –Madison, and is on the Board of Directors for the Wisconsin Chamber Orchestra. She is also a member of TEMPO of Madison, Wisconsin Association of Charitable Gift
Planners and Madison Committee on Foreign Relations. Tess previously served at Newborns in Need and Dane County Court Appointed Special Advocates.

Tess resides in Madison. When she is not at work, she and her husband enjoy cheering for the Badgers and supporting the University of Wisconsin-Madison. They also love travel, boating, snowmobiling and hiking with their dog. Tess appreciates the sense of
community at the Madison Club and looks forward to meeting more of our membership.

Dan Kuehn, General Counsel & National Sales Manager, Plastic Ingenuity
Dan Kuehn is the General Counsel & National Sales Manager for Plastic Ingenuity, a custom plastic manufacturer based in Cross Plains, WI with 6 manufacturing locations in North America employing ~650 team members. PI is a vertically integrated manufacture that provides products to customers in the food, retail, and medical industries.

Dan graduated from UW-Madison with a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering as well as degrees in History and Italian. Dan worked for the Fiat Group in Turin, Italy for two years before returning to the U.S. and graduating with a J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law. Dan practiced law in Chicago, IL at Kirkland & Ellis before returning to work for his family’s company. Dan is licensed to practice law in Illinois & Wisconsin and currently sits on the Boards of Directors for the State Bank of Cross Plains and the Overture Center for the Arts. Dan lives with his wife and four children in Maple Bluff.
