The Chef's Table

Looking for a truly unique dining experience? Pull up a chair at the Chef's Table in Churchill’s Fine Dining Room.

I would have to say in all the years of eating at the Madison Club, the Chef's Table was by far the best meal I have ever had. From the crab and shrimp starters, to the butternut squash soup, to our entrées, everything was perfect!

This special table seats up to six people and offers a great way to entertain special business contacts, celebrate a big event, or just try something new. Guests of the Chef’s Table are served a one-of-a-kind, five-course menu, created specifically for them and prepared tableside by one of our chefs. Meet our talented chefs and enjoy an added level of service at the Madison Club!

Price: $110; $150 to include wine pairings with each course

Our Food Philosophy

Fresh, Local, Incredible

Utilizing locally raised meat, produce, and cheese is of paramount importance to the Madison Club's culinary team. The strength of the farmer to chef connection allows the Madison Club to incorporate amazing, Wisconsin-grown ingredients that are picked fresh off the vine and delivered to us using fewer fossil fuels. We order our produce, meats, fish, and other fine products from over fifty different local farms, gourmet food purveyors, and fishmongers and we are one of the leading restaurants in the area to work so closely with our local food community. The Madison Club is also a proud member of the REAP Food Group and Buy Fresh, Buy Local.

A sampling of our local purveyor partners include:

  • Artesian Waters & Trout Farm
  • Cherokee Bison Farms
  • Future Fruit Farms
  • Garden To Be
  • Black Earth Valley
  • Marr Family Farm
  • Vitruvian Farm
  • Jordandal Farm
  • Harmony Valley
  • Herb and Oyster
  • Equinox Community Farm

Dress Code

With two fantastic, full-service dining venues now available within the building, the Madison Club is taking the opportunity to update its dress code. In the new Five East Lounge & Tap Room, we look forward to welcoming patrons in casual dress at all times. Simultaneously, Churchill’s fine dining room will now assume a more tailored standard of dress throughout the majority of the workweek. Please note the following distinctions:

5 East Lounge and Tap Room (lower level) – Casual dress is welcome at all times and includes denim, shorts, tennis shoes, and t-shirts. Please note this space closes for the duration of the weekend after Friday lunch (2 PM).

Churchill’s Dining Room (third floor) – Business attire or better is expected in Churchill’s at all times when 5 East is operational (All day/evening Monday through Thursday and through Friday lunch). Welcomed attire in Churchill’s during these times includes collared dress shirts or golf shirts, dress pants, dresses, slacks, or other professional or dress attire of the same caliber. Sweatshirts, t-shirts, shorts, flip-flops, and denim are not acceptable during these hours.

When the lower level is not open (Friday evenings and Saturdays all day), casual dress is welcome in Churchill’s.

The Madison Club is unique in its ability to offer first-class service in both a casual and formal setting. We look forward to seeing you soon, and delivering a five-star experience for you and your guests, regardless of the occasion.
