A meeting at the Madison Club conveys professionalism from the moment you walk in the door. With well-appointed, comfortable space, a courteous and unobtrusive staff, and on-site AV assistance, you can count on flawless and successful events every time. The Club can accommodate groups of 2 up to 220. Leave the meeting planning to us with our experienced Event Sales Managers, top-notch banquet team and our professional service and attention to detail.
With more than a dozen different networking events held monthly, you can’t help but expand your business and social network.
You can plug into the monthly Business Roundtable, the Executive Leadership Forum or the Business Professionals Happy Hour, or attend a Scotch tasting, a wine class, a Tech Group meeting or a cooking class.

The Madison Club is all about great food and outstanding service, and we have the awards to back it up. Our menus are filled with fresh, local and sustainable products, the cornerstone of remarkable cuisine. Our staff aims for you to enjoy every sip, every bite and every minute you have with us.
Your family will enjoy the Club because our special events are top notch. From kids parties, annual brunches and comedy nights to dance classes and travel opportunities, you’ll find many interesting activities on our annual social calendar, which boasts more than 100 planned events for members and their guests. If you have kids at home, don’t miss our summer patio party, the Mother Son night, the Father Daughter Dance, the Halloween celebration, our gingerbread house decorating class, and our holiday brunches. Additionally, every Friday night the Madison Club provides child care for kids ages 3 and up; children get to enjoy a kid-friendly meal while they play games, enjoy craft projects, and watch movies with our college-aged staff while parents dine at the Club or attend Club events.
Golfing & Reciprocal Privileges
Most memberships include golf and dining privileges at many local private clubs as well as privileges with over 200 clubs nationally and internationally, many of which offer overnight accommodations, fitness facilities, and conference space.

HILTON PARKING RAMP - The Hilton Hotel parking is a completely automated parking system. Only credit cards, guest room keys and Madison Club monthly parking cards will be accepted. The Madison Club has 40 reserved parking spots on the first two levels of the ramp. These spots are strictly for MC members who pay the monthly parking fee and are attending Club events or dining at the Club. If you are a Madison Club member who pays for monthly parking, use your swipe card in front of the reading device. If you do not pay for parking, pull a ticket from the machine. Only members who pay for monthly parking may park in one of the forty stalls labeled “Madison Club Members Only”. The parking decal you received should be clearly affixed to the inside of your front windshield. If you would like a Madison Club parking permit, please contact the front desk: 608-255-4861 to be added to the waiting list. if you do not have a Club parking permit, you can park in any of the open Hilton self-parking ramp spots. If the ramp is full for self-parking, members have the option to use the Hilton Hotel Valet parking. A Hilton Hotel representative will be available 24/7 via the call button located at the exit station on the automated parking garage machine.
THE GOVERNMENT EAST RAMP is located on the corner of S. Pinckney and E. Wilson Streets; parking is charged at a rate of $1.50/hr. with a maximum $5 daily rate for those who park after 5 PM or on weekends.
THE MONONA TERRACE RAMP on W. Wilson Street just west of S. Carroll Street. Parking is charged at a rate of $1.50 per hour. For those who park after 5 PM or on the weekend, the maximum daily rate is $5.
Some street parking is also available on E. Wilson Street and surrounding side streets.
In keeping with the Madison Club’s elegant and professional atmosphere, the Club’s staff and Board of Directors request that members and their guests dress in a way that helps create a pleasant and welcoming environment.
As a general rule, clothing worn at the Club and when dining in Churchill’s should be “dressy casual”. Beyond business or evening wear, this includes nice, dark blue jeans paired with a sweater, collared shirt, blazer, or other attire of the same caliber. Please note that hooded sweatshirts, t-shirts, and faded or ripped denim are not acceptable.
