Our popular Member Appreciation Week is back for Fall 2017! 

We love our members and we want to celebrate you and your commitment to being here! Please join us for special dinner pricing Monday, August 21 - Saturday, August 26.

Our talented culinary team will be preparing the following three-course meal each evening for just $40 per person. The regular Churchill's menu will also be available.

First Course (choice of):

Heirloom Tomato Salad, aged balsamic, basil, sunflower vinaigrette, cardona

Caesar Salad, white anchovy, parmesan, herb crouton, olive

Curried Zucchini Soup, toasted pepitas, creme fraiche, marinated sungold tomatoes

 

Second Course (choice of):

Snow Crab & Herb Pasta, sweet corn cream, driftless cheese, pine nuts

Grilled Flat Iron Steak, roasted new potatoes, chimichurri sauce,
grilled summer vegetables

Pan-Seared Rainbow Trout, steamed mussels, tomato 'nduja broth,
roasted fingerling potatoes, aioli

 

Third Course (choice of):

Beignets, blueberry coulis, vanilla bean anglaise

Georgia Peach Tart, candied pecans, spiced chantilly cream, bourbon caramel

Passion Fruit Crème Brulee, cashew cookie
