March's cooking class features pozole, the all-star Mexican soup served as a celebratory dish. A base of hominy and pork is accented by a wide variety of flavorful condiments, including chopped onion, shredded lettuce, sliced radish, cabbage, avocado, limes, oregano, tostadas, and peppers.
