INTRODUCTION TO WINE TASTING

If you like wine but want to enhance your technical knowledge, the Club is offering a great beginners class this month. This session will cover basic tasting skills as well as key topics such as how to store wine, when it is appropriate to age it, and more. Our Beverage Manager, David Ginocchio, will lead the class and participants will get to taste and learn about nine different wines. Bring friends and all of your wine questions! HARVEST DINNER

Early autumn is a favorite time of year for our chefs - with fresh, flavorful produce falling off the vine in our gardens at By George Farm, we have the opportunity to create delicious new recipes with the best of the season’s bounty. In celebration of our bumper crop this year, Chef Fox and his team are already experimenting with exciting flavor combinations and unique courses to be unveiled exclusively at our Harvest Dinner on Thursday, September 16. This event offers a phenomenal example of to the creativity and talent the Madison Club’s culinary department possesses. Event price is $55++ per person and includes a four-course meal with beer and wine pairings, as well as complimentary passed hors d’oeuvres and cocktails prior to dinner. Seating is limited. FARMER'S MARKET BRUNCH
8 AM - 1 PM, Saturdays through September

Join us before or after your Farmer’s Market shopping for a delicious meal in Churchill’s. Patio seating is available, weather permitting, and we will have storage for all of your produce and market goodies while you eat. Our Farmers’ Market Brunch features fresh and flavorful ingredients from local purveyors, delicious breakfast items, omelettes, gourmet salads and entrées, in addition to a special kids menu as well.
